- Minimum of 3 nights stay.
- All 4 appartments are £100 GBP including VAT per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
- Darwin apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge area, which will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children. There is a £10 per night surcharge for use of the camp bed and this must be pre-bookeed.
- Holcroft apartment has space for a camp bed in the lounge area to sleep one extra person. There is a £10 per night surcharge for use of the sofa bed and this must be pre-bookeed.
- Payment can be made using most major credit and debit cards. A 3.5% surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions, debit cards are free.
- Cheque payments must be cleared with us 14 days prior to the arrival date of the booking.
Bank transfer may also be possible, please ask us for details.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the entire booking is due to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the arrival date of the booking. Any cancellations or amendments made within the 21 day period may be subject to our terms and conditions.By
